How to transfer an existing domain to the Kophill hosting system

THE PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING A .CO.UK OR .ORG.UK DOMAIN IS AS FOLLOWS:
1.Enter the name of the domain you wish to transfer to Kophill Ltd. into the designated field.
2.After that we display the data of the current owner of the domain. If that is correct please proceed with the ordering process (selection of package, address, etc.)
3.You have to have your old provider change the Technical Contact (that shows the provider who is responsible for a domain) . Once this is done we will update the so-called domain name servers and the domain will then be hosted by Kophill Ltd.
4.You may use the form we generate at this link to send to your old provider or Nominet. Please note that you must sign the form before sending it.

THE PRODEDURE FOR A TRANSFER OF A .COM/.NET/.ORG/.BIZ/.INFO DOMAIN:
1.Enter the name of the domain you wish to transfer to Kophill Ltd. into the designated field.
2.After that we display the data of the current owner of the domain. If that is correct please proceed with the ordering process (selection of package, address, etc.). For .info & .biz domains, the Authorization ID is needed.
3.We will send the current owner of the domain the necessary forms via email. These must be signed and then mailed or faxed to the address/number specified on the letter. With his signature the owner authorises Kophill Ltd. to facilitate the transfer of the desired domain. (If the address registered with the current registrar is incorrect it must be changed by the current registrar before a transfer can be attempted).
4.As soon as we receive the consent of the current owner we will start the transfer of the domain.
5.As soon as your old provider acknowledges the transfer your domain will be available on our servers.
Please note:
1..com, .net and .org domains can only be transferred from one registrar to another 60 days after registration.
2.If necessary you might have to cancel a hosting contract you have had with your old provider.
The whole transfer process usually takes about 7 - 14 days. Your configuration menu will reflect the current status of the domain at any given time.
