Q:Does your web site price include a domain name?
All customers receive a web site address known as a sub domain, which looks like www.yourweb.kophill.net. We can also register and manage your own domain name (in the form www.yourweb.com) for a small additional fee. Please see Prices for full details.
Q:How many pages do you provide?
Our basic package includes 5 pages, which allows space for up to 40 pictures with descriptions. Our premium package includes up to 15 pages and up to 200 images. Please enquire if you need something specific, as our service is flexible, and can be customised to meet most needs.
Q:You say you can update the site yourself. What does this include?
We aim to put you in control without burdening you with complexity. The way we do updating  is one of our strengths that customers applaud. We have looked at the competition and can find no-one offering the speed and ease of use we provide.
Q: How will I get my site designed?
If you are interested in having Kophill design your site please contact our design team info@kophill.net who will then discuss your exact needs.
Q: How do we discuss my web site requirements?
Normally we will have a representative of Kophill contact you, and if necessary come to your premises to discuss your exact needs (we will need you to cover our travel expenses), or this can of course be done over the phone. You can easily send us your ideas and comments via e-mail at any time. We are happy to discuss your needs however you feel most appropriate.
Q: How long does it take to design a web site?
Designing a site is a complicated task, but we aim to make this as simple as possible. The design can take a few weeks to get from your idea, to a fully functioning site. The exact time will vary per site.
Q: What software packages do you use to design web pages?
We design our web pages using the most cost effective tools to meet your needs. This gives us the total control we need over the site, and its design.
Q: Can you Re-Design an existing Web Site?
Of course, we are always happy to re-design an existing web site. We can improve the design and add features to it. If you feel your site isn't getting the number of visitors it deserves, let the Kophill team take a look and recommend changes to improve it.

Q: Can I get feedback from customers from the web site?
We can set you up a form that allows users to fill in their information and have it e-mailed to you, or stored in a text file.
Q: How can I see the number of visitors that are going to my web site?
If we are hosting your site, we have packages that offer statistical information about your site and visitors, or we can of course set-up a simple counter, for more information on our CGI script services visit our Statistics Page.
Q: Can your Site Here help me to promote my web site once it is finished?
